November is here, and the holiday season has been kicked off by Halloween. As we adjust to the cooling weather, we might begin to consider whether to bring the green bean casserole or the pumpkin pie to Thanksgiving or what credit card sign-on bonus will pay for this year’s Christmas gifts. What am I looking forward to most this week? A bag of salty, buttered popcorn and new film releases flickering across the big screen.
Sidewalk slackline shenanigans

Tuesday night restaurant feature: Extra Virgin
Extra Virgin is one of my favorite dinner spots in KC for unique tapas like beef tongue and rabbit gnocchi. This Mediterranean restaurant offers a generous 50% off the bill on Wednesday nights for service industry folks. For the people of other professions, Tuesday night is a good bet to snag a table.
