Barbara Washington, a Democrat from Kansas City, Justice Gatson, an ACLU representative, and UMKC Journalism Professor and host of “Up to Date” on KCUR, Steve Kraske, to discuss the use of free speech with civility. Next, we talk to UMKC College Democrats members about their experience at the Iowa Democratic Party Liberty & Justice Celebration.
