1:34 a.m. With 99% of polls in, Amendment 3, which would repeal a previous referendum regarding the state redistricting process, is set to pass with 51% of the vote.

12:11 a.m. With 98% of polls in, Missourians voted “No” on Amendment 1 by 53% of the vote. The amendment would apply a limit of two terms to the positions of governor, lieutenant governor, secretary of state, state auditor, attorney general and state treasurer.

12:00 a.m. According to NPR, all eight House seats for Missouri have been called. In District 5, which includes Jackson County and UMKC, incumbent Emmanuel Cleaver II (D) won with 59% of votes. Cori Bush (D) took the District 1 seat with 79%. Ann Wagner (R) has won District 2 with 52%. Blaine Luetkemeyer (R) took District 3 with 71%. Vicky Hartzler (R) secured the District 4 seat with 67%. Sam Graves (R) won District 6 with 67%. Billy Long (R) won District 7 with 69%. Jason Smith (R) won District 8 with 77%.

7:17 p.m. Nearly 75% of all registered voters in Wyandotte County cast a ballot, according to 41 Action News.

7:13 p.m. Polls officially closed in Missouri at 7 p.m., but under state law, anyone in line to vote before the polls close will be allowed to vote.

7:00 p.m. The Missouri National Guard has been spotted in downtown St. Louis, Robert Cohen of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

5:58 p.m. The FBI is investigating robocalls that are discouraging people from voting in multiple states, including Missouri. About 10 million robocalls have been confirmed in Nebraska, Iowa, Florida, Kansas and Michigan, in addition to Missouri, according to FOX4 News.

5:30 p.m. A replica noose on display in a Galena voting booth has been covered up, according to CBS News. The Missouri Democratic Party Acting Party Chair Clem Smith called for the noose to be taken down on Friday.

4:50 p.m. As of 4 p.m., 72.5% of registered voters in St. Louis County have cast ballots, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

The Post-Dispatch reported that overall voter turnout in Missouri is expected to hit 75%, the largest since Bill Clinton defeated George H.W. Bush in the 1992 presidential race.
