  With the highly anticipated big game approaching, the Kansas City restaurant and bar scene is ready for all your watching needs. Check out some of these spots to support the local service industry and our Kansas City Chiefs.

Chicken and Pickle 

Kansas City Location: 1761 Burlington St, North Kansas City, MO 64116

Overland Park Location: 5901 W 135th St, Overland Park, KS 66223

  Known for great food, yard games, and its namesake pickleball courts. Chicken and Pickle is hosting a free, all-ages watch party this Sunday. This event is perfect for friend groups that aren’t all over 21, or those who want a drink but aren’t a fan of traditional bar scenes. 

Screenland Armour

408 Armour Rd, North Kansas City, MO 64116

  Watch the big game on the big screen at Screenland Armour. This all-ages event is free entry but is on a first come first serve basis. Get there early to ensure you get seats. No outside food or drink, but the concession stand will be open. 

PH Coffee

2200 Lexington Ave. Kansas City, MO 64124

  If you’re looking to watch the game but want to avoid the bars all together, look no further. PH Coffee is providing free popcorn, $2 beer specials and a chili and nacho bar. The game will be projected onto an 8 x 10 screen, and their kids zone will be open to help entertain the younger crowd.

KC Live! In Power and Light 

13 Grand Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64106 

  One of the most popular events in Kansas City, KC Live!, will be hosting The Red Kingdom Block Party starting at 10 a.m. This event will cost $10 for entry, but will include games, live music, giveaways and special guests. Stay to watch the game at 5:30 p.m., and visit the bars that surround the block. 

Gael’s Public House

5424 Troost Ave, Kansas City, MO 64110

  An LGBTQIA+ friendly location to watch the big game. Just a few blocks from UMKC’s campus, Gael’s public house is hosting a Half Time Show watch party. With 26 tv’s, Gael’s has you covered, and be ready to celebrate the much awaited Rhianna performance. 

Super Bowl Party with 3Halves Brewpub & BBQ WolfePack BBQ

10 E Kansas St 110 East Kansas Street Liberty, MO 64068

  3Halves Brewpub and BBQ Wolfepack BBQ come together to celebrate championship game. The $50 ticket includes a whiskey flight and beer, as well as food. They will be roasting a whole hog as well as having a taco bar. 

Artego Pizza

900 W 39th St, Kansas City, MO 64111

  For those who are tired of traditional bar food, Artego Pizza is the place for you. There is a $20 entrance fee, and a $20 all you can drink special. The party starts at 5 p.m., just before kick off. 

The Sandbox at PowerPlay

509 NW Barry Rd, Kansas City, MO 64155

  Similar to Chicken and Pickle, this space is known for its outdoor activities. Get a drink and play some pickleball before the game. This location is a great option for those in the Northland who don’t want to make their way across the river. Keep in mind that after 10 p.m. no one under 21 is allowed on the premise. 

Harry’s Bar and Tables

501 Westport Rd, Kansas City, MO 64111

  Visit Harry’s Bar and Tables in Westport for a Chief’s Kingdom celebration. For $45, you can watch the game, get three drinks, a food item and be entered in a drawing for gift cards that are chosen every quarter.
